With our central location, just 25 miles from Tampa & Sarasota, RVing along Florida’s west coast at River Oaks is convenient to a wide variety of area attractions.
We’re just minutes away from spectacular Clearwater Beach. For golfers, there is a new golf course within two miles of our park and over 50 courses within a 30-minute drive.
For our residents with pets, we have a dog park within walking distance of the resort. For those who like to stay back and relax, fish or crab right from our pier, or simply soak up the Florida sun.
You’ll love our great facilities, including 30/50-amp full hook-ups, concrete patios, and free Wi-Fi. You’ll also appreciate our clean restrooms & showers and modern laundry facility. Of course, our most desirable amenity of all is our beautiful waterfront location directly on the Little Manatee River.
